Depending on your payroll schedule, federal banking holidays may mean you need to run payroll one or two business days early to get everyone paid on time. OnPay will remind you ahead of each holiday throughout the year, but you can get a head start and see when you should plan to run payroll a little early, so employees aren't affected by bank holidays.
