Trouble logging in?

  • Updated

Your OnPay login credentials give you access to your protected payroll information. For employees using OnPay, this includes pay stubs and tax forms, as well as personal contact and banking information. For account owners and administrators, your login credentials are the keys to the company dashboard. We recommend using a strong password that's unique to your OnPay login, and enabling multi-factor authentication.

Your password can be reset by clicking Forgot Password. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled for your account, you'll need to enter an authentication code to reset your password. If you don't have access to your authenticator, or are otherwise unable to access your account, call us at (877) 328-6505, between 9AM-8PM EST, Monday through Friday, for help accessing your account.

To log into your OnPay account, you'll need:

  • Your email address
  • Your OnPay password

If you have multi-factor authentication enabled, you'll also need to enter a verification code using:

  • SMS text message (if 2FA is enabled)
  • Authenticator app (if MFA is enabled)

Your email address

The email address used to create your OnPay account is your OnPay user ID. The password for your email account should not be the same as your OnPay password.

For employees, contractors, and company users who were invited to OnPay by their employer, check your email inboxes for an email from OnPay, with the subject line, "Welcome aboard!" If you can't find this email, ask your employer to confirm the email address they used to send your invitation. If needed, your employer can revoke the invitation and send a new on to your email address.

If you're a company owner, and you no longer have access to the email address used to create you OnPay account, call us at (877) 328-6505 (Mon-Fri 9AM-8PM EST) for help accessing your account.
