We work in compliance with Federal and State Tax Offices to represent your company for all payroll tax matters. This generally requires that we be granted secure access to online tax accounts for each tax office in whose jurisdiction you pay employees.
State Tax Offices may choose to designate Third-Party Access to file (TPA) separately from access-to-represent (power of attorney).
