Third-Party Agent access for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue
- Make sure you've entered your FEIN and State Withholding Account Number in OnPay by going to Payroll> Set up> Payroll Taxes.
- Submit a support request asking us to initiate TPA access via the WI MY tax ACCOUNT portal.
- If you have a filing history with the state, you must include the return amount from one of your three most recently filed returns/reports for withholding tax.

Third-Party Agent for the Department of Workforce Development
- Log into your DWD account
- Click Account Access
- Click Generate Access Key
- Click Select All
- Click Generate Key
- Submit a request and provide your generated key (it's red) in the top left of your screen

Reminder

Power of Attorney for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue
- Download the Wisconsin DOR Power of Attorney form
- Complete Part 1: Taxpayer Information
- Complete part 5: Taxpayer(s) will need to provide their signature, title, and the date
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your form

Power of Attorney for the Department of Workforce Development
- Download the Wisconsin DWD Power of Attorney form
- Complete the top section regarding your business information
- Enter the Employer name, date, and signature at the bottom
- This form will also need to be signed by a witness
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your form
