Oklahoma Third-Party Access required

Third-Party Agent for the Oklahoma Tax Commission

Go to OK TAP and setup a passphrase for Third Party Access to your account. 
Then, submit a request to our team, and provide the following information:

  • TPA passphrase you’ve chosen
  • The ZIP code on file with the state
  • State withholding account ID

We'll use the information you provide to send you an access request through OK TAP. 
Once we've sent this request, you'll need to follow the steps below to accept our access.

  • Once we've sent an access request, log into OK TAP and follow these steps:
    1. Click Manage My Profile in the upper right
    2. Click More
    3. Under "Access Management", click Manage Third Party Access
    4. Select the username: OnPay Inc
    5. Click Manage Account Access
    6. Look for "Withholding - Wage Tax", and click Grant Access
    7. Select All Access, then click Ok, and Save
    8. Submit a request and let us know you've completed these steps

Third-Party Agent for the Employment Security Commission

You must also add OnPay as your third-party agent on your Oklahoma EZ Tax Express account. 

  1. Log into the EZ Tax Express website (you may need to create an account)
  2. Select Manage TPA Relationships from the menu
  3. Search for our FEIN: 47-4413175, and select OnPay, Inc from the menu
  4. Submit a request and let us know you've completed these steps

Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

Power of Attorney for the Oklahoma Tax Commission

  1. Download the Oklahoma TC Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the top section regarding the Taxpayer information
  3. The Taxpayer will also need to sign the form
  4. Submit a request and attach a copy of your form

Power of Attorney for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission

  1. Download and print the Oklahoma ESC Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the top section regarding your business information
  3. The taxpayer will need to sign under the statement
  4. This form will also need to be signed by a notary public and have a notary seal
  5. Mail the notarized form to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, at:
    P.O. Box 52003, 
    Oklahoma City, OK  
    73152-2003
  6. Submit a request and attach a copy of your notarized form
