Third-Party Access for the Department of Job Services

Submit a request and provide the following information:

  • State Unemployment Insurance Account Number
  • Access Code - Forgot your access code? Reset your code here

Note: You'll need your OnPay login credentials to submit a request. Trouble logging in?

 

 Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf 

Third-Party Access for the Office of State Tax Commissioner

Submit a request and provide the following information:

  • FEIN or SSN as registered with the State Tax Commissioner
  • State Withholding Tax ID (Example: 123456789-01)
  • State Withholding Letter ID (If you do not have a letter reference ID or wish to request a new letter for adding access, please let us know, as there is a box we can check to request a new letter be sent to you)
  • Entity Type (i.e. LLC, Inc, Sole Proprietor)

Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

Power of Attorney for the North Dakota Office of State Tax Commissioner

  1. Download the North Dakota OSTC Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the top section regarding your business information
  3. The Taxpayer will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  4. Submit a request and attach a copy of your form
