Delaware Third-Party Access required

 Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf 

Third-Party Access for the Delaware Division of Revenue

  • The fastest way to grant us TPA access is through your Delaware Portal Account:
    1. Got to Profile, then Manage Authorized Users
    2. Select Add New Authorized User
    3. Enter the information below:  
      • User ID: OnPay123
      • Registration Number: TU00000088904
      • Authorized Access: Payroll Access
  • You could also submit a support request asking us to initiate TPA access, and provide us with your Delaware PIN. If you need to register for a PIN, you can do so by contacting the Delaware Division of Revenue at 1-302-577-8200 to request one.

Paid Family and Medical Leave

  1. Log into your MyDelaware account dashboard
  2. Select Labor First (you may need to "Register for Paid Leave")
  3. From the menu in the upper left, select the following:
    • Account Services
    • Add/Manage TPA Access
  4. In the Third Party Agents page, click New, and enter the following, and click Save
    • Third Party Administrator: OnPay Tax Disbursement LLC
    • Start Date: Today's date (leave "End Date" blank)
    • Authorization Type: Administrator

Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

Power of Attorney for the Delaware Division of Revenue

In addition to providing us with this information, you will also need to grant us power of attorney with the Delaware Department of Revenue by following these instructions:

  1. Download the Delaware DOR Power of Attorney form 
  2. Complete all fields regarding your business information in box 1
  3. Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  4. Submit a request to provide your 10-digit PIN, and attach a copy of your form

Power of Attorney for the Delaware Division of Unemployment

  1. Download and print the Delaware DUI Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete all fields regarding your business information at the top
  3. Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  4. The Power of Attorney Form must need to be notarized before being mailed to the Delaware Division of Unemployment
  5. Submit a request and attach a copy of your notarized form
