If your employer uses OnPay, you're able to check your pay stubs, see your deductions and withholdings, download year-end tax forms, and more, all in the OnPay app.

If you received an email from OnPay about checking your pay stub, then you already have an OnPay account. DO NOT attempt to sign up for a new account.
Instead, you'll need to gain access to your existing account that was set up by your employer. If you already have an OnPay account, skip to Viewing your most recent pay stub, or just log into OnPay.
Check your email for your invitation
When your employer invites you, you'll receive an email with a link to create a new password and access your account. If you've already asked your employer to invite you, but you're still unable to log into OnPay, or your employer is unable to send an invitation, call us at (877) 328-6505.
Can't find your invitation? Ask your employer for access
If you received an email to view your pay stub in OnPay, but can't find your invitation email to setup your OnPay employee portal, you'll need to ask your manager to invite you to the employee portal. If it helps, you can copy this sample text and paste it in your draft.

I would like to be able to review my pay stubs and download my end-of-year tax forms in OnPay, but I can't find my invitation email. Would you mind checking my employee profile to make sure my invitation was sent to this email? If it helps, here are some instructions OnPay gave me to pass along.Thanks,

Viewing your most recent pay stub
On your Home page, you'll see your most recent pay stub* under "My Tiles".
*PAY STUB NOTIFICATIONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE FUNDS ARE DEPOSITED
You will be notified of a new pay stub soon after your employer has run payroll, which may be a few business days before the funds are deposited to your bank account.
Funds are typically deposited by the check date on your pay stub.
Click to view the information about this paycheck. You can download this info, too.
Viewing your pay stub history
Click View All to view and download your previous pay stubs. You can see all wages, withholdings, and deductions.
Note: You can also get here by clicking Earnings in the side menu.
