With OnPay, you don't need to wait for that W-2 to arrive in the mail before you file your taxes. We'll show you how you can access your W-2 or 1099, using your smartphone or a computer.
Don't have access to OnPay?
You will need to have an OnPay account to access these forms. If your employer has invited you to OnPay in the past, you can use that invitation to set up your account. You may need to search your inbox, or spam folder for the invitation email from Customer Support with the subject line: Welcome Aboard!
If your employer hasn't invited you to OnPay, or you don't have access to the invitation email, they may need to send or resend the invitation. If your employer needs help sending you an invitation, instructions can be found in this article.
How to access year-end forms
Download the OnPay App for iOS or Android, or log into OnPay using your web browser. If you don't already have an OnPay account, do not create one. Instead, ask your employer to invite you.
In the OnPay App, tap Earnings at the bottom of your screen. Note: You can also view your wages, withholding, and deductions for the year, as well as view and download individual pay stubs from this page.
Tap View Details / W-2. You may need to select the previous year.
Tap Preview W-2.
You may need to zoom in.
Access and download forms using your computer web browser
If logging into OnPay using a computer, click Earnings in the menu.
Select the year.
Click Download W-2. If you're an independent contractor, click Download 1099.
