If your employer uses OnPay for time tracking, you can clock in and out for work in the OnPay app on your smartphone, but that's only the beginning.
You also have access to:
- Track your on-the-clock hours using weekly time cards
- Add comments your manager can see and respond to
- Fix missing or incorrect punches

Log into OnPay
Log in using your OnPay credentials. If you protect your account with multi-factor authentication, you’ll need to enter your one-time-use code. You can also allow OnPay Mobile to use your phone’s biometric identification to make logging in easier in the future.
In “My Roles” you’ll see the name of your company. Tap Enter.
Protect your information with MFA
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is the easiest way to keep your OnPay account secure, to ensure no one but you has access to your bank account and tax information.
Once set up, you'll receive a text message with a one-time-use code each time you log in. You can also use your favorite authenticator app for added security.
Signing into My Roles
You'll see the name of your company or companies listed. If you have more than one employer who uses OnPay, you'll see them all listed here.
Don't see any accounts?
You may have an OnPay account as an administrator or collaborator, but you must be have employee-level access to view accounts in OnPay Mobile. If you're an employee but don't see your company, contact your employer and ask them to invite you to OnPay. You can send them this article for help.
Your homepage has a menu in the upper left where you'll find everything you need.
Options may vary
Options like "Clock In/Out" and "Time Off" only appear if these features have been added by your employer.
At the bottom, you'll find tabs for quick access to common features. You'll can view and edit your profile in My Info, see pay stubs and tax forms in Earnings, and find your coworkers in Team.
If your employer uses OnPay for Time Tracking, you'll see an option for Time, where you can clock in and out for work.
Notifications & Tasks
Near the top you'll find a place for notifications and tasks. Check here for forms you may need to complete.
