Click each state where you pay employees to see leave requirements and setup instructions. If your state is green, you'll need to enter your PFML ID and/or contribution information in OnPay. States in orange have a paid leave law, but you don't need to provide any information. In both cases, you'll need to create a time off accrual, and assign it to covered employees in OnPay.
Note: This guide is to assist in setting up paid sick leave in OnPay, and doesn't cover unpaid leave requirements. It's important to note that paid sick leave is different from paid family medical leave (PFML).
