Once you’ve decided to hire a candidate, go to their individual profile in JazzHR. Scroll down below their resume and cover letter, and click Export Candidate.
Select "CSV File" under "Choose Export Option".
Click Export.
Enter candidate information into OnPay
You'll need to manually enter candidate information into OnPay to send them an offer letter. You can enter their information directly from their JazzHR individual profile, or if it's easier, you can export their information from JazzHR to a CSV file. Then, log into OnPay, and go to Workers> Hire Worker, and select Send an offer letter.
