Adding HR

Every OnPay subscription includes Team Basics, a set of basic HR features designed to help you hire and onboard employees. But there's a lot more to HR than hiring employees. Your company policy – and the law in many states – may require you to deliver recurring harassment and conduct trainings to employees and managers. Your business may have employees with licenses or certifications that you need to keep on-file and up-to-date. And wouldn't it be nice to have an integrated way to manage PTO requests and approvals? These are just a few reasons why you may consider adding HR to your subscription.

 

What's included with Team Basics

 

In the Workers tab, you'll find basic tools for hiring and onboarding workers:

  • Automate employee hiring with an Offer Letter eSignature Template
  • Track outstanding employee offers and get notified when they accept
  • File Requests and Tasks automate the collection and retention of employee Forms W-4 and I-9
  • File Audit tracks the completion of Forms W-4 and I-9
  • Keep up with employee birthdays and work anniversaries in Milestones

How to add HR

In OnPay, click the HR tab, then click Add HR.

  • Due to the high demand of this new service, HR isn't available to all clients yet. To see if you're eligible to add HR to your subscription, contact our support team by clicking the submit a request button below.

Billing & Subscriptions

Subscription tab

The Subscription tab displays information about your current monthly plan and price. You can review your payment method and service period, and browse add-on services to add or cancel.

 

Add-ons are available immediately when added. Charges for add-ons will appear on the bill for the following monthly service period (beginning on the 1st or 15th), and each month after, until you decide to cancel. If this add-on subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to the HR tab until the start of the next service period. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to saved eSignature templates and other saved information in the HR tab. You can renew your HR subscription at any time to regain access to this saved information.

In the Subscription tab, you'll see:

  • Company ID (CID)
  • Payment method (last 4 digits of bank routing and account numbers)
  • Next billing date
  • Last bill
  • Itemized subscription price (base fees plus per-worker fees)
  • Total subscription price (Base fee plus per-worker fee)
  • Current services and available add-ons

 

Payment History tab

Click Payment History to view historical invoices for your billed services.
