Clients can be invited to fill our their own business info. However, if you'll be adding clients yourself or having our onboarding team take care of this, there is some basic information we'll need from the client(s) to get them set up and ready.

- Primary company address
Owner or Officer Info:
- Legal name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Company bank account and routing numbers
- Pay schedule(s)
- Worksite address(es)
Once the client is onboarded and we have verified their bank account, OnPay's team will help migrate any data to get them ready to run payroll. They may request additional info in order to accurately to set up employees/contractors and prior wages.
