  • Updated

Check your accrual balance, request time off, or leave a comment about your request for your manager to see. We'll notify you the moment they respond, so you can plan your time.

HR OR TIME TRACKING REQUIRED
Time-off requests are only available if your company subscribes to OnPay's HR or Time Tracking subscription add-ons.

Requesting time off

Tap the menu in the top left corner, then tap Time Off.

You'll see information for existing requests listed with their status (Approved/Pending/Denied).

To start a new request, tap Request, then tap Select Days.

Dates and hours

On the calendar, tap the first and last days of your request, then tap Save.

Each day in your request will be 8 hours, but you can change this. You can also leave a note.

You'll see a total of the requested hours, along with your remaining balance after this request.

Tap Request to submit your time off request for approval.
