Closing the pay period
Before running payroll, you'll first need to close the pay period in When I Work. This ensures that no changes are made to timesheets while you're processing the run. Here's how→
Starting the pay run
Log into OnPay and click Payroll in the side menu.

Importing hours from When I Work
Click Import in the When I Work tile above the employee list to import employee hours.
When importing hours, you have the option to reset or merge. If any earnings have already been entered in OnPay (like bonuses or commissions), clicking Reset Hours And Import will replace them with the hours and earnings found in the corresponding pay period in When I Work.
Once your import is complete, you'll see your employee's wages ready for you to approve and run payroll. and your payroll is ready for your review, click Review Payroll, and proceed with your pay run as usual.
