Third-Party Access for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration

For OnPay to file and pay your Arkansas withholding taxes, we must have the information listed below. Click Submit a request asking us to initiate third-party access, and provide the following information:

  • FEIN or SSN as on file with the Department of Finance and Administration for your business
  • State Withholding Account ID
  • ZIP code of the primary address associated with the account
  • The amount of one of the last three payments made to the Department of Finance and Administration for your withholding tax account
  • Completed POA

Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to complete one or all of these authorization forms in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

  2. Complete Section 1: Taxpayer Information
  3. Complete Section 6: Signature of Taxpayer(s)
  4. Provide OnPay with a copy of the completed form
