Why is this important?
OnPay works with government entities on your behalf, reporting new hires to state labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes and insurance contributions, and filing financial reports. To do this effectively, you will need to authorize us to act on your behalf with tax offices for each state where your company has a tax obligation.
For example, if you operate in both Arkansas and Louisiana, you must complete and return a power of attorney for both states.
Department of Finance and Administration
Third-Party Access (TPA) for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration
For OnPay to file and pay your Arkansas withholding taxes, we must have the items listed below. Please email the following items to hello@onpay.com:
- FEIN or SSN as on file with the Department of Finance and Administration for your business
- State Withholding Account ID
- ZIP code of the primary address associated with the account.
- The amount of one of the last three payments made to the Department of Finance and Administration for your withholding tax account.

- Complete Section 6: Signature of Taxpayer(s)
