Third-Party Agent access for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue

For OnPay to file and pay your Wisconsin withholding taxes, you must provide the following information:

  • Business name as on file with the state
  • FEIN or SSN as on file with the Department of Revenue for your business
  • State Withholding Account Number (If you've never filed a withholding return, let us know)

Third-Party Agent for the Department of Workforce Development

  1. Log into your DWD account
  2. Click Account Access
  3. Click Generate Access Key
  4. Click Select All
  5. Click Generate Key
  6. Copy the generated key (it's red) that appears in the top left of your screen and provide it to us

Note: You will need your OnPay login credentials.

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to complete one or all of these authorization forms in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

  2. Complete Part 1: Taxpayer Information
  3. Complete part 5: Taxpayer(s) will need to provide their signature, title, and the date
  4. Provide OnPay with a copy of your completed form

  1. Download the Wisconsin DWD POA
  2. Complete the top section regarding your business information
  3. Enter the Employer name, date, and signature at the bottom
  4. This form will also need to be signed by a witness 
  5. Provide OnPay with a copy of your completed form
