Third-Party Access: Unemployment Compensation Division
- Log into your WorkForce West Virginia account (you may need to create an account)
- Go to the Home Page, and under "Management Tools", click Manage Users
- Add onpayinc as a user, with the role of Admin
Required for OnPay to file on your behalf
Third-Party Access: West Virginia State Tax Department
- Log into your MyTaxes account
- Go to Manage My Profile in the upper right, and click More...
- Under "Third Party Access", select Grant Third Party Access
- Third Party Logon: onpayinc
- Third Party Email: tax@onpay.com
- Click Next
- Verify that OnPay has been identified, and select the link
- Select your "Withholding" tax account, and grant the access level: File & Pay
- Click Submit
- Submit a request and let us know you've granted our access

The tax@onpay.com email address is only used for correspondence between government tax offices and OnPay, and is not regularly monitored. If you need to speak with someone on our tax team, submit a request for support.
Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request
You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.
Power of Attorney for the Unemployment Compensation Division
- Download and print the West Virginia Unemployment Power of Attorney form
- Enter your company name, Employer Number, FEIN, and address in the top four spaces
- This form must be signed by a notary public and have a notary seal at the bottom of the second page before it can be mailed
- Mail the completed, notarized form to the West Virginia Unemployment Compensation Division
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your notarized form

Power of Attorney for the West Virginia State Tax Department
- Download the West Virginia State Tax Power of Attorney form
- Complete section 1 regarding your business information
- Sign and date at the bottom of 4B
- This form must be signed by a witness or printed and signed by a notary public
- Mail the completed, notarized form to the West Virginia State Tax Department
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your notarized form
