Third-Party Access for the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services

To be able to file and pay your unemployment taxes, OnPay needs third-party access to your unemployment tax account. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your WYUI account
  2. Select Account Maintenance, then Add or Remove Third Party/CDS Vendor Association
    • Type of Association: Third Party
    • Address Type: Information Only
    • Association Start Date: First date of the quarter (Ex: 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1)
  3. Click Add
  4. The next page will ask for Reporting Service Details:
    • Name: OnPay Tax Disbursement LLC
    • FEIN: 352647026
  5. Click Search
  6. Once you see OnPay Tax Disbursement LLC as the "Third Party Agent Name", click SELECT
  7. Select the Radio Button under "Select by Information Only"
  8. You’ll need to add the "Association Start Date" again (Ex: 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1)
  9. Click Submit (may take 24-48 hours for approval by the state)
  10. Submit a request and let us know you've granted access so we can confirm access

Note: You'll need your OnPay login credentials to submit a request. Trouble logging in?

Reminder

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

Power of Attorney for the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services

  1. Download the Wyoming DWS Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the top section regarding business/taxpayer information
  3. A business representative/taxpayer must sign the the form, including title, phone number, and date
  4. Submit a request and attach a copy of your completed form
