Grant access to these tax offices when requested by OnPay
You may be asked to take the following steps to allow OnPay to communicate with tax offices.
Tax Preparer for the Virginia Department of Taxation
- Log in to your existing Virginia Tax account
- Select Account
- Go to Manage My Account
- Add OnPay as your Tax Preparer for TAX (withholding):
- Unique ID: pcipayroll
- Permission level: Master
- Add us as your Tax Preparer for VEC (unemployment):
- Unique ID: pcipayroll
- Authority:
- Account Summary
- Quarterly Report & Payment
Note: If your business does not have unemployment tax, you may not have a VEC account.
Power of Attorney for the Virginia Department of Taxation
- Download the Virginia TAX Power of Attorney form
- Complete the following sections:
- Part 1: Taxpayer Information
- Part 2 (optional): Keep or take away another agent's authorization in filing this form
- Part 3: Tax Account Numbers and Beginning Periods (January of this year, formatted 01/YYYY)
- Part 5: The Taxpayer(s) will need to sign the form
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your form

Reminder
