Third-Party Access for the Idaho State Tax Commission

Submit a request and provide the following information:

  • Taxpayer FEIN (as on file with Idaho)
  • Taxpayer Name (as on file with Idaho)
  • Account Type (must be Withholding Tax)
  • Account ID (must be your Withholding account ID)

We'll use the above information to initiate access, and you'll receive a letter from the state with a code on it within 7 to 10 business days. Once received, submit a request (or a follow-up request) and attach a copy of this letter.

Third-Party Access for the Idaho Department of Labor

Submit a request and provide the following information:

  • Idaho unemployment tax employer account number (EAN)
  • Idaho unemployment tax PIN
  • If you do not have a PIN, ask us initiate a third-party access in your request. Once we initiate access, you must complete the following steps.
    1. Log into your Idaho Employer Portal
    2. Go to "Manage Authorized Users"
    3. Look for a user profile with a pending request, and click Edit
    4. Select the checkbox by each role being approved
    5. Then click Add Selected Roles
    6. Once completed, respond to our email letting us know the access has been granted

Power of Attorney for the Idaho Department of Labor

  1. Download the Idaho DOL Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the top portion regarding your business information
  3. Provide OnPay with your completed form

Reminder

Power of Attorney for the Idaho State Tax Commission

  1. Download the Idaho Tax Commission Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the following:
    • Section 1: Taxpayer Information
    • Section 3: Add State Tax IDs to applicable taxes
    • Section 4: Signature of Taxpayer(s)
  3. Submit a request and provide OnPay with a copy of the completed form
