Third-Party Access for the Nevada Department of Employment
- Log into your NUI ESS account, and click More...
- Under "Access Management", select Grant Third Party Access, and click Next
- Third Party Administrator’s Email: tax@onpay.com
- Select Tax
- Access Level: File Returns and Make Payments
- Click Next, then click Submit
The tax@onpay.com email address is only used for correspondence between government tax offices and OnPay, and is not regularly monitored. If you need to speak with someone on our tax team, submit a request for support.
Reminder
OnPay also needs you to enter your state tax IDs and tax rates in order to properly calculate and remit all state taxes. See all Nevada tax guides→
Forms you may need to complete upon request
You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.
Power of Attorney for the Nevada Department of Employment
- Download the Nevada DOE Power of Attorney
- Complete all fields regarding your business name and address
- The employer or business owner will need to sign and date the form at the bottom, along with their printed name and email address
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your notarized form
