Mississippi LID, TPA + POA needed

Why is this important?

OnPay works with government entities on your behalf, reporting new hires to state labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes and insurance contributions, and filing financial reports. To do this effectively, you will need to authorize us to act on your behalf with tax offices for each state where your company has a tax obligation.

For example, if you operate in Mississippi and Alabama, you must complete and return a power of attorney for both states.

 

Department of Employment Security

Third-Party Agent (TPA) access for the Mississippi Department of Employment Security

  1. Log into MDES with your existing MDES credentials
  2. Go to My User Profile
  3. Click Add User
  4. Complete the following:
    1. For the "First Name" enter: Stephanie
    2. For the "Last Name" enter: Mendez
    3. Update the User ID "OnPay_CID"
    4. For the Password: Please generate a random password
    5. Grant the following functions:
      • Account Maintenance
      • Tax Reporting
      • Maintain Bank Accounts
    6. For the "Email Address", enter: tax@onpay.com
    7. Click Accept, then click Next
  5. Once completed, submit a request and provide us with the new username, with the randomly generated password

The tax@onpay.com email address is only used for correspondence between government tax offices and OnPay, and is not regularly monitored. If you need to speak with someone on our tax team, submit a request for support.

Trouble logging in?

Your password can be reset by clicking Forgot Password.

If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled for your account, but you don't have access to your authenticator, or are otherwise unable to access your account, call us at (877) 328-6505, between 9AM-8PM EST, Monday through Friday, for help.

As a reminder, never share your login credentials or MFA code with anyone. OnPay will never ask you for this information.
