Florida TPA and POA needed

 Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf 

Third-Party Agent access for the Florida Department of Revenue

Submit a request asking us to initiate TPA access, and include the following information:

  • Your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number)
  • Florida RT Account Number

Note: You'll need your OnPay login credentials to submit a request. Trouble logging in?

 

 Required for OnPay to file on your behalf 

Power of Attorney for the Florida Department of Revenue

  1. Download the Florida Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete all fields in section 1 regarding your business information
  3. Owner/operator will need to sign in section 8
  4. Submit a request and provide OnPay with a copy of your completed form

Reminder
