Delaware TPA needed

Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf

Third-Party Access for the Delaware Division of Revenue

There are two ways to grant OnPay TPA access (click for instructions):

  • You can also grant OnPay TPA access by logging into your Delaware Portal Account.
    1. Got to Profile, then Manage Authorized Users
    2. Select Add New Authorized User
    3. Enter the information below:  
      • User ID: OnPay123
      • Registration Number: TU00000088904
      • Authorized Access: Payroll Access
  • Submit a support request asking us to initiate TPA access, and provide us with your Delaware PIN. If you need to register for a PIN, you can do so by contacting the Delaware Division of Revenue at 1-302-577-8200 to request one.

Forms you may need to complete upon request

You may be asked to complete one or all of these authorization forms in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.

Power of Attorney (POA) for the Delaware Division of Revenue

In addition to providing us with this information, you will also need to grant us power of attorney with the Delaware Department of Revenue by following these instructions:

  1. Download the Delaware DOR POA 
  2. Complete all fields regarding your business information in box 1
  3. Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  4. Provide your completed Power of Attorney form, along with your 10-digit PIN

Power of Attorney (POA) for the Delaware Division of Unemployment

  1. Download and print the Delaware DUI POA 
  2. Complete all fields regarding your business information at the top
  3. Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  4. The Power of Attorney Form will also need to be notarized
  5. Provide OnPay with your completed POA

Paid Family and Medical Leave

Add OnPay as your Third-Party Agent (TPA). Required for OnPay to file and pay.

  1. Log into your MyDelaware account.
  2. From your MyDelaware dashboard, select Labor First
    1. If your business has not registered for Paid Leave, the siteshould have the option to select "Register for Paid Leave"
  3. Click on the Menu bar location on the top left corner of the screen.
    1. Select Account Services
    2. Select Add/Manage TPA Access
    3. You'll be taken to a Third Party Agents page. Click New
      1. Third Party Administrator: Type in OnPay TaxDisbursement LLC
      2. Employer: This will pre-populate
      3. Start Date: Today's date.
      4. End Date: Leave this field blank.
      5. Authorization Type: Administrator
    4. Click Save

To provide the information detailed in this article, click Submit a request, and log in using your OnPay credentials. The "Submit a request" form is the most secure way to transmit your company information and documents to us.

Trouble logging in?

Your password can be reset by clicking Forgot Password.

If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled for your account, but you don't have access to your authenticator, or are otherwise unable to access your account, call us at (877) 328-6505, between 9AM-8PM EST, Monday through Friday, for help.

As a reminder, never share your login credentials or MFA code with anyone. OnPay will never ask you for this information.
