Why is this important?

OnPay works with government entities on your behalf, reporting new hires to state labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes and insurance contributions, and filing financial reports. To do this effectively, you will need to authorize us to act on your behalf with tax offices for each state where your company has a tax obligation.

For example, if you operate in both Delaware and Maryland, you must complete and return a power of attorney for both states.

 

Division of Revenue

Third-Party Access for the Delaware Division of Revenue

There are two ways you can grant OnPay this access:

  • Send us your Delaware DOR PIN
  • Add OnPay as an Authorized User

Send us your Delaware DOR PIN

  1. Contact the Delaware Division of Revenue at 1-302-577-8200 to request a PIN
  2. Once it's been issued to you by the state, email your Delaware Department of Revenue PIN to hello@onpay.com

Add OnPay as an Authorized User:

  1. Log into your Delaware Portal Account
  2. Got to Profile, then Manage Authorized Users
  3. Select Add New Authorized User
  4. Enter the information below:  
    1. User ID: OnPay123
    2. Registration Number: TU00000088904
    3. Authorized Access: Payroll Access

 

Power of Attorney (POA) for the Delaware Division of Revenue

In addition to providing us with this information, you will also need to grant us power of attorney with the Delaware Department of Revenue by following these instructions:

  • Download the DE DOR POA found at the bottom of this page
  • Complete all fields regarding your business information in box 1
  • Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  • Email your completed Power of Attorney form, along with your 10-digit PIN to hello@onpay.com

 

Division of Unemployment

Power of Attorney (POA) for the Delaware Division of Unemployment

  • Download and print the DE DUI POA found at the bottom of this page
  • Complete all fields regarding your business information at the top
  • Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
  • The Power of Attorney Form will also need to be notarized before being returned
  • Email a copy of your completed Power of Attorney form to hello@onpay.com
