Important
To effectively communicate with tax offices on your behalf, you must grant us Third Party Administrator access and/or Power of Attorney. Each tax office has its own authorization process, and may require different actions for you to take.
Power of Attorney (POA) for the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development
Download and print the Alaska POA, and complete the following:
- The top portion regarding your business information
- Place checks beside numbers one through seven
The Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form. The Power of Attorney Form will also need to be notarized before being returned.
