New Mexico TPA and Power of Attorney required

 Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf 

Third-Party Password for the Department of Taxation and Revenue

1. Log into your NM TAP account.
2. Click on the Manage My Profile link in the top right corner.
3. Click on the More Profile Options... tab.
4. Click the Manage Third Party Access link in the Access panel.
5. Click the Add link.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant another taxpayer access to your account.
   • Our Taxpayer's Logon is: OnPayTax
   • We will need access to your Withholding Tax Account
   • Make sure access is set to File and Pay

 Required for OnPay to file on your behalf 

Power of Attorney for the Department of Taxation and Revenue

1. Download the New Mexico DOR Power of Attorney form
2. Complete the first section regarding your business information
3. Owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
4. Submit a request and attach a copy of your form

Third-Party Password for the Department of Workforce Solutions

1. Go to the New Mexico DWS Employer Login. (you may need to click Employer Registration)
2. Click Account Maintenance
3. Click Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization
4. Click New.
5. Enter our TPA ID: 500002083, and click Next.
6. Enter a "TPA Service Begin Date" of the first date of the quarter you started with us.
7. Do not enter a "TPA Service End Date"
8. Check the boxes for:
   • "Account Maintenance Update and Submit"
   • "Payments Update and Submit"
   • "Employment and Wage Detail Update and Submit"
9. Click Save.
10. Click Assign Units in the "Modify" column
11. Check the "Add" box beside your company line, and click Save.

Reminder
