Third-Party Access for the Hawaii Department of Taxation
Because Hawaii requires Withholding Tax to be filed and paid electronically, all we need to get started is your FEIN, SSN, or ITIN, and one of the following:
- Letter ID - A number preceded by the letter "L" that can be found in the top right corner of any correspondence received from DOR; or
- Recent Payment Amount - One of the last 5 payment amounts that have been made for the Employer Withholding Tax account; or
- A recent refund amount received from the DOR
Submit a request and provide OnPay with your FEIN, SSN, or ITIN, along with either your letter ID, recent payment amount, or recent refund amount, so that we may register for the necessary access.
