To effectively communicate with tax offices on your behalf, you must grant us Third Party Administrator access and/or Power of Attorney. Each tax office has its own authorization process, and may require different actions for you to take.

Power of Attorney (POA) for the Georgia Department of Labor

2. Complete all fields regarding your business information
3. The owner/operator will need to sign at the bottom of the form
4. Provide OnPay with your completed form
