Required for OnPay to pay on your behalf
Third-Party Access for the Kentucky MyTaxes
Submit a request and provide OnPay with one of the following:
- Tax withholding amount from most recently filed return; or
- Your PIN from your PIN letter
Note: You'll need your OnPay login credentials to submit a request. Trouble logging in?
- If you don't have a PIN, or can't find your PIN letter, you can ask the state to send you a new PIN letter through your MyTaxes account. The letter should arrive in the mail within 14 business days.
Reminder
OnPay also needs you to enter your state tax IDs and tax rates in order to properly calculate and remit all state taxes. See all Kentucky tax guides→
Forms you may need to complete upon request
You may be asked to take these steps in order for OnPay to communicate with tax offices.
Power of Attorney for the Kentucky Department of Revenue
- Download the Kentucky 20A100 Power of Attorney form
- Section 1: Enter your business information
- Section 3: Enter your Kentucky Withholding Account Number
- Section 7: Taxpayer's your signature, printed name, date signed, and title
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your completed form

Power of Attorney for the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training
- Download the Kentucky UI Power of Attorney form
- Complete the top portion regarding your business information
- Signature, printed name, date signed, and title of taxpayer
- Taxpayer initials next to the statement reading "The legal mailing address of the named employer shall remain the same..."
- Submit a request and attach a copy of your completed form
