Why is this important?
OnPay works with government entities on your behalf, reporting new hires to state labor departments, calculating tax rates, paying taxes and insurance contributions, and filing financial reports. To do this effectively, you will need to authorize us to act on your behalf with tax offices for each state where your company has a tax obligation.
For example, if you operate in both Kentucky and Tennessee, you must grant us access for both states.
Kentucky Online Gateway
Third-Party Access (TPA) for the Kentucky Online Gateway
Once you have your Kentucky Withholding Tax ID, follow these steps:
- Log into your KY WRAPS account
- Go to your Profile section
- Click on "Add WRAPS User"
- Enter our email as: tax@onpay.com
- Give us either the role of Admin or the roles of File and Pay
Department of Revenue
Power of Attorney (POA) for the Kentucky Department of Revenue
- Download the KY 20A100 POA found at the bottom of this page
- Complete section 1 regarding your business information
- Enter your Kentucky Withholding Account Number in section 3
- Signature, printed name, date signed, and title of taxpayer in section 7
- Email your completed Power of Attorney form to hello@onpay.com
Office of Employment and Training
Power of Attorney (POA) for the Kentucky Department of Revenue
- Download the KY UI POA found at the bottom of this page
- Complete the top portion regarding your business information
- Signature, printed name, date signed, and title of taxpayer
- Taxpayer initials next to the statement reading "The legal mailing address of the named employer shall remain the same. The employer will continue to receive all correspondence pertaining to unemployment tax related matters."
