Third-Party Access for Iowa Workforce Development

  1. Log into your my IowaUI account
  2. If you need to create an account, click Create ID to get started
  3. Once you're logged into your account, select Assign Agent on the left
  4. Use the following information to add us as your authorized agent
    • Name: OnPay Tax Disbursement LLC
    • Agent ID: R2589314
    • Phone: 877-328-6505
    • Email: tax@onpay.com
  5. You'll need to allow us to submit/change wage reports and manage payments

The tax@onpay.com email address is only used for correspondence between government tax offices and OnPay, and is not regularly monitored. If you need to speak with someone on our tax team, submit a request for support.

Reminder
OnPay also needs you to enter your state tax IDs and tax rates in order to properly calculate and remit all state taxes. See all Iowa tax guides→

Access you may need to grant upon request

You may be asked to grant this access in order for OnPay to work with tax offices on your behalf.

Third-Party Access for the Iowa Department of Revenue

  1. Log in to your GovConnectIowa account
  2. Go to the I Want To… tab
  3. In the "GovConnectIowa Access" section, select Manage Other Users with Access to this Customer
  4. Select Add a New Logon With Access To This Customer
  5. Under "Other Party Account Manager", enter our email address: tax@onpay.com

Power of Attorney for the Iowa Department of Revenue

  1. Download the Iowa DOR Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete section 1: Taxpayer Information
  3. Update section 2: Add your Iowa tax account 
  4. Complete section 4: Signature of Taxpayer(s)
  5. Submit a request and provide OnPay with a copy of your completed form

Note: You'll need your OnPay login credentials to submit a request. Trouble logging in?

 

Power of Attorney for Iowa Workforce Development

  1. Download the Iowa WD Power of Attorney form
  2. Complete the following fields:
    • Section 1: Taxpayer Information
    • Section 4: Employer authorized signature
  3. Submit a request and provide OnPay with a copy of your completed form
