OnPay Mobile App

Employees can use the OnPay Mobile to clock in and out, view and update their personal information, see earnings and download year-end forms, and engage with their team.

OnPay Mobile is for employees only. If you're an account owner, and you pay yourself using OnPay, you'll need to log into your Employee Role.

Downloading the app

You can get OnPay Mobile in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Employees can sign in with their OnPay account and password.

A verification code will be sent to the mobile number as entered in the employee's OnPay profile.

Help with MFA verification

Exit OnPay Mobile (without closing it), and look for a new message from an unknown sender in your Messages app.

Return to OnPay Mobile and enter the six-digit number from the message.

To avoid this second step at login for thirty days, tap Remember Me.

Tap Authorize.

Signing into My Accounts

Accounts are companies that employ you, and that have granted you access to their account at an employee level.

Don't see any accounts?

You may have an OnPay account as an administrator or collaborator, but you must be have employee-level access to view accounts in OnPay Mobile.

Once you're signed into OnPay Mobile, everything in your standard menu is now within thumb's reach at the bottom of your screen.

Home

In "Home", you can catch up on Tasks, view team members and their reports, check your last paycheck.

Pay stubs fit perfectly on the screen so you can see all your pay, withholdings, and deductions.

My Info

In "My Info", you start in your Profile, where you can view or make changes to your personal information.*

Request Pending?

Changes that could impact your tax obligations will also require your employer to take action. You'll be notified once the change to your profile has been approved.
