Geofencing helps you to ensure workers are within 100 meters (328 feet) of the worksite before they're able to clock in for work, using the location services on the worker's device. When you add a time clock to a worksite in OnPay, all employees assigned to that worksite automatically have access to the time clock. If geofencing is enabled for a time clock, workers assigned to that worksite are only able to clock in using the OnPay Mobile app on their device.

One time clock per worksite. If you need multiple time clocks that are configured differently for different workers at a single physical worksite (such as geofencing on/off), you can add a new worksite in My Company> Company Worksites, using the same physical worksite address, with a different name. You can then add workers to this new worksite, and create a time clock for them. This will not affect workers' pay schedule.
