Where would you like to start?
Requesting time off
Tap the menu in the top left corner.
Tap Time Off.
Look for the type of time off you want to request, and tap Request Time Off.
Dates and hours
Either type the first and last days you will be out or select dates from the calendar. Then enter how many paid hours of each day you'd like to request. You can even leave a note for your manager.
Keep in mind: You may have a limited number of hours you can request for this kind of leave.
Notifications and comments
You'll get an email from Customer Support letting you know as soon as your request has been responded to.
You can also log into OnPay to check the status of your request, or leave a comment.
Comments let you and your manager discuss time off requests in OnPay.
You'll see a notification when someone comments on your request. Reply to discuss your request, or to just say thanks.
Note: This feature is only available to employees if the employer set up a Time Off Policy and has assigned the employee to a Paid Time Off Policy.
Desktop instructions
If you use OnPay on a computer, the steps are very similar. Go to Time off in your employee dashboard.
Click Request for the kind of time off you'd like to request.
Type to enter the dates, or pick from a calendar.
Let them know how many of these hours you'd like to use.
Keep in mind: You may have a limited number of hours you can request for this kind of leave.
Click Request.
