If someone leaves the company or changes roles, you can archive the user, removing that level of access. Archiving the user does not remove the employee profile from the OnPay account, it simply removes the administrative access they had.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2 id=\"h_507a0291-6d42-4db9-b88b-e275b98e1620\">How to find company users</h2>\n<p>Go to <strong>Company.</strong> Scroll down until you see \"Company Users\". Approve by clicking \"Archive\" in the confirmation window.
